Activities and things to see and do in Dublin.

The Icon Factory & Icon Walk

The Icon Factory is an artist’s cooperative, not-for-profit collective based in the Temple Bar, Dublin, Ireland, run entirely by artists and volunteers. It is dedicated to celebrating Ireland’s cultural heritage through the artistic creation of Icons and through displaying these on their sister project, The Icon Walk.

Georges Street Arcade

City centre shopping in George’s Street Arcade (Dublin 2), Ireland’s first purpose-built shopping centre, and one of Europe’s oldest city markets, is a wonderful experience! Located in the heart of Dublin city centre in the cultural quarter area it is less than 5 minutes walk from Grafton Street and Temple Bar and Trinity College.

Gutter BookShop

We are an independent bookshop based in Dublin, Ireland. We aim to provide something a bit different from the range you find in large chain bookshops, as well as offering the opportunity to discover something new and exciting that you’ll struggle to uncover on an internet bookshop search.

Books upstairs

Dublin's oldest independent book shop. It was first opened in May 1978 by Maurice Earls and Enda O’Doherty. The shop was located in an old hairdressers upstairs (appropriately enough) above a furrier shop on Dublin’s South King Street.

Jam Art Factory

Rooted in a desire to showcase the abundant and talented artists emerging in Ireland today, Jam Art Factory first opened it’s doors on Patrick Street, in the heart of Dublin’s historic Liberties in 2011.

Irish Whiskey Museum

Listen, learn and laugh during guided tours of the Museum. Walk throughout the building where each of the 4 different rooms represents a different period in Irish history. Finish the tour by becoming a true whiskey expert with a tasting of three or four different Irish whiskeys.

Irish Design Shop

Established in 2008 by two jewellers, Clare Grennan and Laura Caffrey, Irish Design Shop is a small business that prides itself on promoting the work of some of Ireland’s most exciting designer-makers.

Scout Dublin

Located in the corner of Temple Bar’s historic quarter, neighboured by beautiful independent boutiques, Scout’s collection has expanded from purely ladieswear to homewares, children’s clothing and accessories, apothecary and varius unisex pieces.

Hens Teeth

Store, gallery, diner & café bar on Blackpitts, Dublin 8, putting smiles on faces through art, food and music since 2015. We work with artists from around the globe to create original artworks, adding colour to your life. #ForABetterLife
